To received a refund, please email customer service at contact@academikx.com and attach proof of payment and the grade you got on the assignment, exam or online class we assisted you with.

REFUNDS
After receiving your refund request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your service to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Please Note
In case we assist you with you online class that you've being taking, you are automatically disqualified from getting any refund in case you fail the class. Also, If you decide to complete any gradable task without our knowledge on a class that we're assist you with, you are disqualified from receiving any refund.
